Death- the word itself leaves an unpleasant feeling inside. And when this tragic event happens to someone close, it is bound to be accompanied by a great deal of bitterness and grief. Lastly, writing letters can also be used to overcome the grief of death. This is the simplest of all the journaling techniques. All you need to do is take a pen and a paper and write a letter to the person who has already died. Write every single thing that you feel or things that you miss, in the letter. You could even write things as simple as what happened during the day or any important event that happened in your life.
